Rent is very high for a one bedroom apartment. They also raised rent over $100 the next year to sign a lease. Read MoreThat is unexceptable when you have to use your income to first qualify to rent an apartment there.

The management is terrible here. Their actually down right rude.The office is never open ,if you have a packag Read Moree or something delivered. They never return phone calls.The building is filthy. The trash room stinks and is usually full of peoples garbage on the floor,the hallways and stairwells always have beer cans,fast food wrappers. People smoke in the entry way. You can smell it. I live on the 2nd floor and the people above me have a dog. I hear it all the time. And residents let their pets just

I liked it a lot in the beginning but then noticed different residents moved in and saw increase in noise, jun Read Morek in hallways. My car had hit and run damage in the ramp. One of my doormats was stolen.
