Before I moved at bluffs was complaints about the manager. I've worked in the industry so know that comments a Read Morend ratings can be exaggerated, especially if it's not a good one. The manager is nice yet assertive and stern about decisions at the property she works for. In end mgr is doing their job but could be a bit more friendlier or gain more techniques in resident situations as that is people's home even if rating. Was sad I was not thanked for being a resident upon leaving.

The buildings are clean, maintenance is done in a timely fashion. The entire staff is professional and friendl Read Morey. Also, The building I live in is quiet. The only downside is parking can be a bit tricky if I come home later in the evening.
