The staff at the Observatory are great at making you feel welcome and like this is the apartment for you when Read Moreyou're first looking, however, once you sign a lease and start paying them, they could care less about you and your needs. Every time I call with something wrong with my apartment, they treat me like they could care less.

People do not clean up after their dogs outside, maintenance comes into our apartment often and disturbs out d Read Moreog. Very loud neighbors on all sides.

Thank you for your review. We do take littering and pet waste very seriously and consider it a lease violation when we know who is doing it. I have lived here a number of years and have never had a problem. Management and staff are excellent. Maintena Read Morence is always top notch and I never have to wait for a response or repair.

The office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. They do a good job trying to maintain the property Read More and keep it clean, even though some of the tenants can be slobs especially in the laundry room.
