The rent is continually increasing without new resources. What is the point of a pet rent, by the way? I alrea Read Moredy paid a deposit.

Thank you for your feedback. It is customary that rates increase each year. Cost of living, utility increases etc. Each year our owners invest in improvements; building carpet replacement, updated hall paint, new fitness equipment, landscaping to name a few. Pet rent is common practice in multi-housing. We base our rental rates/fees on current market conditions. I have an open door policy. Please feel free to contact me.

Trying To Get The Staff To Fix Any Of The Appliances That Were Broken In The Apartment Is Very Hard. Often The Read More Response To Repairing An Appliance Was If You Need A New Dryer You Can Buy One Yourself Or If You Would Like A New Refrigerator You Can Buy That Yourself.
