It would have been excellent except for the problem with the neighbor who had a kid jumping off furniture and Read Morewas told that they would move me and not the person causing the problem. So I moved out.

The apartments were nice, clean and cozy. The problem with this building is there is too many teenage kids ca Read Moreusing problems. At least once to twice a week some kid will pull the fire alarm. I would come home from work to have teenage kids just hanging out in the hallways. Really, no parent supervision and management would not kick anyone out because they did not want vacancies. Too bad this building is run by kids out of control.

I really think its over priced the washers and dryers are always broken as well as the elevator there seems to Read More always be something wrong with the fire alarms and the carpet in the hallways are gross, they should really remove it and not put any in.

I feel that there are many physical improvements management could make inside the rental units. I do not feel Read Moreany upgrading has been done in decades. Sometimes it does not feel like a safe place to live, the residents are a bit unruley at times, and a lot of noise after ten p.m.
