They don't clean their apartments at all in between renters. Common areas were filled with dirt and bugs/spide Read Morer webs. We unfortunately had to rent the place without seeing it first and is smelled like cat urine and cigarettes. There was human feces in front of the entry one day. Tons of crime and break ins in the area. And they gave our garage to someone else while we still had a key and were paying for it.

Obtaining my garage for my unit became quite a hassle. The garage that went with my unit sat unused for >month Read More after I moved in, then went to another resident that moved in after me. I had to wait months to get a garage. Then the dates I was to get my garage constantly changed. Then the office stopped returning my calls forcing me to contact their district manager.

I think if you would lower the rent, you would get more senior citizens to stay in your apartments. I think th Read Moreey even keep it in better shape. I lived there but left because the rent was to high. If it was ever lowered and stayed that way I would probably move back. also I think the garages should be bigger. a lot of people use them for storage because there is no room to move around once your car is in there, the streets are filled with cars, no room for company to park.
