It's nice to have a garage available; plus a spot in front of the garage. Have a dog park on site. However, ov Read Moreer all it's a little run down&over all care isn't 100% there. We(Boyfriend&I) moved in May 2013. One thing noted right away was the cold water for the washer doesn't apply-only hot is coming through. The office has been informed&it's currently Feb 2014&still hasn't been fixed. In Oct 2013, the sewage backed up into our apartment&flooded part of the place-some things still not fixed.

for the cheap rent we get a large apt, however work tickets need to be placed multiple times (10+) before anyt Read Morehing gets fixed. It is older buildings so things need to be fixed fairly often. The employees are nice. The entrances to buildings are not locked so you WILL get people knocking on your door who don't live here.

Great price for what you get. Apartments look run down from the outside but are really nice and updated inside Read More. Office staff is kinda rude but overall it was a nice place to live.

Poor managment. My apartment in which after one year became infested with mice due to a garbage apartment acro Read Moress the hallway. Above me was a family with seven children. When the 8th was born they told me the family had to move (not legal to have that many people in an apartment. As you can imagine this was a very loud problem that never was taken care of. Below me (in a no dog building) lived 4 large husky dogs that were left alone all day and most nights. Again a very loud situation.
