      Now purchased by a large California buyer. they are redoing just the empty units and charging hundreds more in Read More rent for them. The current residents all had their rent raised from $100 - $200 more a month but we will not receive any upgrades to our units. nothing.Not even new appliances. Currently, the amenities shown in these pictures are false. There is no grill. It is now almost mid June, the hottest weekend and the pool is still not available. Allegedly there are more inspections needed or some lie. They are promising all these upgrades to the property but who knows when they will be seen, doesn't look like this summer. The inside of the buildings are filthy. Tenant pays for all utilities, gas, trash, sewer, pest control, electric and they are higher than they should be.They only hire cleaners to come in a couple of days a week to do the areas you can see. My apartment is fine, nothing special, not worth the ridiculous rent but I know several of my neighbors are having mold issues and very serious issues that are not being addressed. The new management is trying but I believe they are instructed to just repeat the following phrases, "I'm sorry","I will look into it" and "other buildings are like this". They only care about attracting new residents, and then forget about everyone. If you have any other options, my opinion is don't rent here.

      It's nice to have a garage available; plus a spot in front of the garage. Have a dog park on site. However, ov Read Moreer all it's a little run down&over all care isn't 100% there. We(Boyfriend&I) moved in May 2013. One thing noted right away was the cold water for the washer doesn't apply-only hot is coming through. The office has been informed&it's currently Feb 2014&still hasn't been fixed. In Oct 2013, the sewage backed up into our apartment&flooded part of the place-some things still not fixed.

      for the cheap rent we get a large apt, however work tickets need to be placed multiple times (10+) before anyt Read Morehing gets fixed. It is older buildings so things need to be fixed fairly often. The employees are nice. The entrances to buildings are not locked so you WILL get people knocking on your door who don't live here.

      Great price for what you get. Apartments look run down from the outside but are really nice and updated inside Read More. Office staff is kinda rude but overall it was a nice place to live.
