I wish I would have known living on the 1st floor would entail, ie: hearing water rushing down pipes from flus Read Morehing toilets to water draining from washers. Tenants above sound like they are walking on hard wood floors and entrance doors slamming closed at all times of night.

Everything is great except a few things.Only two recycling spots? Recycling should be made convenient and prom Read Moreoted by the complex. The workout room needs help. We live in Minnesota, we wear coats, there needs to be a coat rack. I can go to HomeGoods and buy one for $20. Also, I have never been to a gym that doesn't have hand sanitizer. It's like this apartment complex is promoting staph infections. Also, DNA the residents dog dodo so that one inconsiderate resident doesn't ruin it for us all.

Thank you for mentioning the coat rack issue there will be one available by the end of the week, I apologize for not making one available sooner. I would also encourage you to call the office regarding the hand sanitizer and we can tell you where the disinfectant spray is located.
