Too many noisy kids, it's like living at a daycare center. I often hear kids crying or screaming but the paren Read Morets leave the windows open. Kids are loud in the hallways. I feel like a foreigner in my own home because 70% of the people I meet speak English as a second language. The people themselves are friendly but they all share a different culture. My neighbors often visit with each other in the hallways outside their doorways talking loudly even after 11:00 pm.

I love our apartment and the amenities that Cedars offers. But future renters need to know that if they don't Read Morehave children or are looking for a quite place to live, Cedars is not the best choice. Our apartment faces the courtyard and during the evening hours (between 5pm and 10pm), the noise is deafening. Tons of children, many times unaccompanied by an adult, run around screaming. We are unable to have our windows open these hours, because of the noise. Evenings are not peaceful here.

Clubhouse/landscape is very nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments desperate Read Morely need updating. The appliances and cabinets look like they're from the 70's. There's a ton of new apartments within a short distance that are brand new and have comparable prices. I like the apartments but will probably be looking for different options when my lease ends.

Cedars of Edina is a beautiful community, well-maintained with good maintenance staff and a responsive Leasing Read More Office. I have been comfortable living here as the area is well accessible to everything you need in the vicinity of the beautiful Centennial Park. The amenities provided are good. Overall it is a good experience, except for two things: 1) Extremely high rents for renovated (kitchen) homes. I'm in fact considering moving out 2) Soft water - the soap just doesn't get off the body
