Leasing Terms

Pet Policy: Pet Rent is $20.00 per month per cat and Pet Deposit is $200.00 per cat. Must be spayed or neutered, litter box trained, and at least one year old.

My apartment was a spacious enough one bedroom for a young single male. The staff on the property site were qu Read Moreick to answer any requests or needs that I had regarding repairs. My apartment was on the west side of the complex, which was the side nearest to the freeway, so I could not keep my windows open at night due to the noise, but that was a minor inconvenience.

I was towed from the parking lot, even though I was told by office staff that as long as I didn't park over ni Read Moreght and had my sticker for my garage parking it wouldn't be a problem. They are pretty quick to respond for repairs and it is a beautifully spacious one bedroom apartment for the price. The communication about things happening on site is lacking. They started major construction to the pool area after on 48 hours notice of this happening.

Overall, the place provided a purpose for us, when we needed it. We had a resident, who lived below us, that w Read Moreould pound w/ a baseball bat on their ceiling/our floor when they thought we were too loud. This became a problem and mgmt finally told them they were not to contact us directly. That tenant finally moved out. There was occasional problems of not getting plowed of snow in time, but mostly all went well. I did not appreciate that I had to professionally clean our carpet before moving out.
