My apartment was clean and nice with fresh paint and new carpet when I moved in. The appliances all work well Read More. The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt to fix work orders. The building manager is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is lack of guest parking.

Not a friendly community. You don't get the neighborly interaction and are lucky if you get to know more then Read Moreone other person living here let alone their name.
