The building and grounds are well taken care of. The office staff is avail and willing to answer questions if Read More you have any or even offer assistance if they are able. My building is quiet, which I like. People here are friendly-they enjoy this place.

I lived there in 2010-2011, so things may have changed since then. When I lived there, the management was good Read More. If something needed to be repaired, they fixed it very quickly. However, you have your own individual water heater in your unit (which I didn't like). Also, you pay for your own heat and the apartments are drafty. I usually wore my winter coat in my apartment because I couldn't afford to turn my heat up high.

Since new manager came in I feel targeted as a pet owner. By this I mean they ask when you place a maitence re Read Morequest if you would like a courtousy phone call and never receive it. There are lots of pet owner memos lately.

The Apartment is a really great place to call home. The people who work here are really nice, and maintenance Read Moreis awesome! The only downside is we have a few neighbors that let their kids get a little too noisy sometimes, but we know living in apartments means you hear you neighbors sometimes.
