The apartments are decent condition and kept clean. The residents were quiet and the walls are sound-proof; co Read Moreuld never hear any neighbor's loud music, screaming kids, or parties. Parking is never a problem, but there is no on-street parking. Very close to Knollwood Mall, Target, Wells Fargo, Walgreens, Cub Foods, etc. Easy access to Hwy 7 and Hwy 169. It is located off a busy street (Blake Avenue) so there can be a lot of traffic at times. Neighborhood is decent, but not spectacular.
