The only thing that I did not care for wad that the fitness room was not accessible 24 hours. For a working mo Read Morether and other parents I am sure this would work better for them. As it would have for myself.

There is a change in management and my residence did have some structural wear and tear due to the foundation Read More being built over what used to be swamp. Thus the building shifts, but maintenance will come and fix any issue that you have. Outdoor pool and exercise area was a bit disappointing.

since the new owners took over this place has gone down hill. gym is full of chicken grit , hot tub , hallways Read More , have to vacuum apartment some times twice a day. light in hallway not working. we were promised things to improve our department. still not done. looks like it won't be done because of new owners.done to one maintenance. w as three. will move when lease is up. sounds like rent will go way up. & start paying water and garbage.use of water not metered.sure was nice until new owners ,
