As long time resident since 2005 we've seen one company after another come in and promise change that never to Read Moreok place. In 2015 another group bought this place and again gave us a new management staff. I do admit many new changes are taking place, but nothing has been done to the interior living space for which most of our rent money goes towards. I blame the constant changes of the past owners and poor management and can only hope this new outfit is more than Smokey mirrors.

I think the rent is outrages for people in the June, July, August and then the rest will not get an increase o Read Morer not much of one. I really think this is not fair to the people in June, July, August. I think it should be prorated for everyone not just certain months of the year.

We understand your concern about the price of your, and your fellow neighbors homes. However, we are a market rate community meaning that pricing is based on the market and the going rate.
