Before I moved in the apartment was painted, had new carpeting installed and also had kitchen upgrades made to Read More it. It's very clean and fresh. The complex is quiet which I love. I work odd shifts and sometimes need to sleep during the day which is never a problem because it's quiet. The building is clean and the caretaker/super always follow through quickly and efficiently with requests.

If it had not been for the most annoying tenant living below me, it would have been a pretty good experience. Read More The tenant called the police several times to complain about the noise. He complained the first night we were in our apartment because we were walking around too much. It was more that the noise carried and the floors creeked in certain areas which not in my control. The tenant was a source of problems to many in the building.
