- Unqualified/unaware/inconsistent office staff - need someone who has done this successfully before with a pr Read Moreoven track record. You don't feel well taken care of, or even welcome here at times.
- Building management is ran unprofessionally at best
- Lacking amenities
- No storage
- Building feels like an older building - not well kept
- Too many 'additional' costs - parking, water, pets. Should be included for the amount paid
- Building structure and unit issues with NO offer of reduced rent

As far as value is concerned - all residents should be treated with the same value for the price we are paying Read More for this apt. Residents paying for a parking spot should be guaranteed a storage space, or their rate lowered.

There should be more accountability from management regarding issue resolution and much more professional attitude.

It is an excellent place, but the amenities are limited when considering other locations of the same caliber. This should be taken into consideration.

I am happy with the apartment and amenities. I feel like the office staff can be passive aggressive at times a Read Morend jump to conclusions when problems arise.
