Certified Resident

Maintenance is awful (apartment was not ready for move in and they had to give us half a month's rent back). A Read Moremenities are poor (fitness center and laundry), and management close them at 9pm. Parking is not even close to adequate for a 54 unit apartment. Staff are very picky. Walls are very thin and don't stop any noise. Only redeeming quality is location. Would not recommend.

Great Location, management was decent. It is hard to find indoor parking so that was a big plus. The apartmen Read Morets could use updating, and the plumbing issues are ongoing. Apartments get really hot in the summer, window a/c do not keep up. Also the hot water heat makes the apartments really warm even in Winter. The cell phone signal is a huge problem. Fair value for the area.
