Located in the heart of the Historic Washburn-Fair Oaks area of South Minneapolis, Fair Oaks Apartments boasts close proximity to both Downtown (10 blocks north) and Uptown (less than a 10 minute drive), while offering a quiet refuge reminiscent of a more rustic setting with our private gated courtyard.
