The staff was wonderful- very helpful for most questions I had. The biggest plus is that they took care of my Read More cat when I was gone-- it was such a nice perk.

The walls as well as ceiling was extra thin. Especially the ceiling which caused more nuisance than anything. Read MoreThe person staying above us used to walk very heavy and it felt as though somebody was hitting from the top. We made several complains about this but the management never did anything about this. I doubt if they ever send a letter to the person. We finally decided to break the lease and leave the place asap. It was causing us a lot of inconvenience and sleepless nights.
