The staff is amazing, always helpful and kind. The parking garage is wonderful, inlessnuounjave to park on the Read More roof. The pool is incredible, I love that it can be used year round. Great neighborhood and surrounding areas. The only complaint I have is that the carpet in the apartments is awful, it's like Velcro!

Management was slow to respond to requests, building was rundown and not well-maintained, staff at overnight Read Moredesk were more concerned with reading or checking personal email than assisting renters or guests. I have lived in several rentals in my life - this was far and above the worst experience - I wouldn't recommend living in 110 Grant to anyone.
