The location is fantastic, the building is very well maintained and up-to-date, the staff are friendly, excell Read Moreent at their jobs, and very quick to respond to any issues. The only thing I would change would be to include more visitor's parking. There are about 20 or so total, for an apartment complex that houses hundreds.

The apartments are nice. The maintenance staff does a good job keeping the public areas clean. The only thing Read MoreI don't like is I have lived here for almost three years and my windows have been washed one time. There is no way for individual residents to wash their own windows. We rely on management to hire washing crews to do this and for some reason they refuse to do it every year, which is ridiculous. I have exactly two windows in my apartment and both are filthy dirty.

The exercise room noted to be state of the art is anything but. It feels like an afterthought and like a close Read Moret. There are two treadmills that have bald/worn out treads and the weight equipment is in poor condition. I would like to see an adjustable bench and adjustable weight dumbbells for lifting weights. This in my opinion would make for a significant improvement.
