Lease Terms: 12 months (3 Months available with price increase). Security Deposit: $500 deposit. Pet Policy: Dogs only allowed in the Villas. 2 pets maximum, 70lbs weight limit, $300 additional dog deposit ($200 non-refundable),$75/month per dog (Weight dependent) and $25/month per cat ($15 if declawed). Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman, Pitt Bull, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Shepard, Dalmation, Chow, Malamute, Husky, Great Dane or Mixes thereof.
