The staff are amazing, always responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner. The town home is quiet, Read More the grounds are clean and kept up. Snow is plowed in a timely manner. No complaints at all .. Love it here.

Property owners and managers were notified of critical problems with their buildings. With paperwork sent to Read Morethe district court system, the owners still refused to fix the issues. As I left in good terms, the owners were being sued upon receipt of the courts, which were the only ones to subdue the properties. Overall, the management team are ruthless as well as inconsiderate; in addition they do not take care of their properties per Minnesota and OSHA laws and regulations.

Good Response To Concerns, mechAnical Issues. However Thought It Was Very Unfair When They ChAnged The Policy Read MoreRequiring Extra Fee For Use Of The Pool & Workout Facilities. They Should Have GrandfatherEd In Those Who Were AlreadY Living Here & Started With New Residents. It Was A "Bait & Switch" The Small Pool & Workout Area In The OFfice Are Not Comparable.

We have live in the Stuartco family for about 5 years between Deerridge and Rasberrywpod town homes and really Read More have enjoyed the area and the he itself. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. We feel safe in the area.
