They had separate non-smoking and pet free buildings. The staff was always helpful, though they gave us wrong Read More information upon moving out, but corrected it promptly when I expressed by criticism.

I have so much feedback, but am limited in this form. In short, the staff is very friendly! Most of the staff Read Moreknows us by name and our apt number, which is nice when picking up packages. They express genuine concern and have more of a friendly vibe than a strictly business vibe. Maintenance and pest control have been very responsive. Humidity is an issue, but this is MN. Overall, the property and the staff are wonderful!

Issues with management that went unresolved. Poor response to maintenance requests often taking several days ( Read More5+) to respond to issues with plumbing and other maintenace issues.

The Cliffs is conveniently located within walking distance to lots of shopping, great restaurants, parks and a Read More ten minute drive to downtown. It is very disappointing that the entire property lacks proper maintenance and do not complete service calls in a timely manner. The apartment complex seems to be consistently understaffed and lacking customer service skills in all areas. The on site amenities (gym, business center, walking path, hot tub) are all in need of repairs.
