Terms
We offer 6-12 month lease terms. Bi-monthly available after your 1st lease term. Deposits start at $300 or $400 depending on apartment size. 1st time renters and problem credit may require an additional deposit or a co-signer. Background checks are $40 per person, anyone 18 or over, $30 extra if you have lived out of state within the last 10 years. 2 cats allowed - $100 nonrefundable pet fee + $100 refundable pet deposit pet cat. No additional pet rent.
