Poor communication channels when it comes to notifying residents of important events like towing the parking l Read Moreot for painting etc. Some of their procedures are not consistent to include registering their utilities. I was charged for the next renters energy because they didn't have them verify their registration like they did for us, which automatically cancels the old energy account. Lots of stuff that is not organized or followed, like the rule on no kids can be unattended in the court yard.
