Our community features 90, one-level, cottage-styled town homes with private entrances; in one, two and three bedroom styles (Income limits apply to most rentals). We also have several 2BR & 3BR, Market-Rate townhomes that have no income restrictions. Our SENIOR COMMUNITY offers social activities and a Human Services Coordinator who arranges occasional seminars and is available to assist our Residents with any personal or financial questions. A NEWSLETTER & CALENDAR are created monthly to keep our Residents informed about activities, parties and seminars. Our LIBRARY features a wide array of interesting reading and our BUSINESS CENTER provides our Residents access to FREE INTERNET access. We also have a FITNESS CENTER that furnishes a more private place to get some exercise (especially during those cold winter months). Business Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until Noon & 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Terms
Our MINIMUM LEASE TERM is ONE YEAR (12 months). The APPLICATION FEE is $39/per person and the SECURITY DEPOSIT is $500. Our Pet Policies are: 1 DOG, or 1 DOG and 1 CAT, or 2 CAT's per unit. DOG's must be 1 year old or more, and weigh 30 pounds or less (some breed restrictions apply). CATS must be 1 year old or more and also be spayed or neutered & we prefer to have the front paws declawed. If not declawed, an additional deposit will be required. The PET DEPOSIT is $250 for 1 PET or $200 for 2 PETS. The PET FEE is $25/MO for 1 PET or $35/MO for 2 PETS.
