Nearly a year after I moved in the building manager retired and the management company decided to back fill wi Read Moreth another one of their managers working part time so packages could never be delivered. Pool was closed half the summer last year, spend 3 weeks replacing all the pipes this summer. And they started charging for water and sewer last summer. Otherwise it is a quiet place with a good location.

The office staff was very friendly and attentive. She always knew what was going on in the residents lives be Read Morecause she was friendly and enjoyed talking with each of us. You felt like she genuinely cared.

I felt like the walls had eyes, you really can't make a move in that building without the "hall monitor" knowi Read Moreng what you did.
Management was never available and when you did get to see her, she talked about the other residents (gossip).
For such a small building there wasn't much privacy.
It was a quiet Building though

Pool being open so late this year was frustrating. The hall way stairs always smell like cat urine. I have see Read Moren cats in the windows of many apartments. I was to believe that their was no pets allowed in the building. Their have been many neighbors who still smoke on their patios after the smoking ban went in effect.
