There's a lot with this place that I don't like. The top 3 are that we pay soo much for rent compared to other Read More yet the building could use a lot of updating. The office seems to be closed a lot or has shorten hours and office aren't enforcing rules or they just take it out of the lease as a rule completely.

We had a very frustrating situation occur that could have cost us thousands. We needed to end our 2nd year-lo Read Moreng lease early and were told by the building manager that our only option was to do a 6 month buyout. We both asked her if there was another option since we were in our 2nd lease; she said no. I called HER manager and she said we can move out whenever, no penalties or buyout program. Could have cost us $3,000! It's the building manager's job to know this, so frustrating!

Pros: The apt units are nice. Large w/ lots of closet space. Pool area/patio are kept clean. Landscaping is ni Read Morecely upkeeped. Pet Friendly!! Cons: Apt units not inspected very well when someone moves out. I just used my oven for the first time since moving in and it's dirty--Dirt/debris in the broiler. Filthy garage w/ extensive water damage. Balconies and their rails need fresh paint badly. Halls dirty/smelly. Some office staff will only tell you "I don't know" for everything. Mildly Frustrating
