      I've been living at manor royal for a couple months now. The units themselves are nice, but the rest of the pr Read Moreoperty is DISGUSTING DIRTY AND NASTY. The hallways are never cleaned. The pool is full of trash the sunana don't work. For 4 months the 3rd floor was without ac. They shut the water off WITHOUT notice. The water and plumbing stinks, The manager is rude. The Landry room never work, my clothes smell worse coming out before they did going in. The manager She's never in her office but is always outside. The people make complaints about everyone in the building, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you have child or a spouse. But if your old and single AND LIKE DIRTY THINGS. Everything is old and falling apart. They use cheap material to update the units from the old things on the inside. My walls are unevenly painted, the carpet trimming comes up, the floor panels have caves on them.

          I would highly suggest that you stay away from this place! They have renovated each individual unit while st Read Moreill occupied with 2 to 3 months left on the lease. During this period for approximately a week you had no access to kitchen plumbing cabinets stove and we're required to remove every personal item from more than 50% of your apartment to accommodate the remodel. Because we have central air with the chiller unit and they decided to renovate all the piping we had no air conditioning throughout most of June. Even with temperatures exceeding 90+ degrees. They have shut off the water more than 15 times with notice, and more than three times without any notice. Which is really fun when you're in the middle of the shower. The building actually sags and has large cracks in it in many areas it is infested with water damage and mold in mildew. Rent at your own risk!

          There's a lot with this place that I don't like. The top 3 are that we pay soo much for rent compared to other Read More yet the building could use a lot of updating. The office seems to be closed a lot or has shorten hours and office aren't enforcing rules or they just take it out of the lease as a rule completely.

          We had a very frustrating situation occur that could have cost us thousands. We needed to end our 2nd year-lo Read Moreng lease early and were told by the building manager that our only option was to do a 6 month buyout. We both asked her if there was another option since we were in our 2nd lease; she said no. I called HER manager and she said we can move out whenever, no penalties or buyout program. Could have cost us $3,000! It's the building manager's job to know this, so frustrating!
