A lot has changed in the past 4 years since I first moved to Parkers Lake apartments...the residents that are Read Morenow residing in most of the apartments are on a different level - they tend to hang in groups outside and inside the buildings, the property does not look as nice, there are many more dogs that owners leave outside to bark, and bark, and bark, my apartment is very out dated in d�cor, the windows are terrible and very inefficient, etc.

Are not really to work with their current residents to give fair prices especially for residents with relocati Read Moreon circumstances. I don't have an up to date apartment and am paying almost $1700 a month its not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend anyone living here since I have been a resident here for a year and half and weren't willing to work with me regarding prices. My window has been cracked ever since I moved in and no one came to fix it for over a year.

Maintenance work is rarely completed in 1 visit. Examples-last summer I had to call 5 times to get my air con Read Moreditioner working. Maintenance will do a patch job to temporarily get the item working, then its broken again a few days later. Same scenario happened with my furnace last winter. My bathroom bathtub faucet has been leaking for over 2 years. Maintenance has come out to look at it many times, state that they fixed it, and it starts leaking again a few days later.
