The current management staff seem to be taking a real interest in turning things around - maintenance issues, Read Moregrounds, security, trouble tenants. I have full confidence that they will get things turned around to comfortable living vs always wondering what is going on here. Really love the new management staff and their professional demeanor.

In my time here, they have transitioned from a few office managers and each one has been different in how thin Read Moregs get done here. The most recent to join has been very positive in the changes the building needs. It appears to be getting better again.

hallways constantly smelled of either hot tuna or pickles. Mainly Indians who lived there and they thought the Read Morey were better than everyone. Also, filed multiple noise complaints about a neighbor who had their Skype volume all the way up and I could hear everything they were talking about. Nothing was ever done about it.

Office staff was VERY rude all the time. It was a pain talking to them. Had to complain about maintenance issu Read Morees a lot of times before they were addressed. The biggest pain was the security deposit. They refused to refund the money without giving any reason why. I still had the checklist from the move-in time. It took them almost nine months of follow up to get the money.
