Upkeep on the units is very poor. If something needs replacing, it's replaced with something of lesser qualit Read Morey, which is poor to start with. Better quality units = better quality tenants. Rent is out of line with similar type aging unit. Location is the ONLY reason I stay here. There are many, many things about Bigos upper management that are very tenant unfriendly . I personally have not had issues but I am aware of many situations.

I really enjoy working hear! The office people are great and so helpful! The am unities are great especially i Read Moren the winter it's nice to have an indoor pool. My husband and I love the great people that are out neighbors along with the lake right out the door, which is a great bonus. My overall experience has been very good. However I would say excellent, because nothing or no ones perfect. However overall has been wonderful!

I'm satisfied with the townhome, but feel the bathrooms are in need of updating. The upstairs vanity is too l Read Moreow and faucet is outdated. Water pressure is also low. Downstairs bathroom needs caulking around the floor. I really like the closets. Lots of storage space.
