    Our lease terms are: 6 months, 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 months, 13 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
    Dog Policy: $20 pet rent. Restrictions: Jordan Mills only; 2 pet maximum, $15/month pet rent per cat, $20/month pet rent per dog. $250 non-refundable fee. Breed restrictions apply and 65 lbs weight limit for select apartments and townhomes. Renters Insurance required for most pets.

    The floor plan was excellent! For the most part I was very happy being there. The carpet was more worn than I Read Morethought it should have been but not a major issue. The biggest problem was sometimes noise would get out of hand and there was no one to address the issue during non business hours.

    Maintenance is good (though I haven't had to use it much). Staff is friendly. Satisfied with the appliances Read Moreand overall apartment. My 2 complaints are that the rent increased what I thought was substantially after first year, I still resigned because it wasn't outrageous and I didn't want to move (which is probably what they count on). Second complaint is that they say you can have a satellite on the website and in person, but they have so many rule and regulations, it's impossible get one.

    I have no complaints about the complex. Bear in mind your rent will constantly increase, however, and be prepa Read Morered to deal with that. In the summertime your vehicle is apt to be towed; in the winter, there aren't enough parking spaces due to nonresident parkers without permits. Since the tow trucks are busy enough in the winter, parking is hardly enforced when it's cold out. Just be aware.

    The office staff are all friendly and helpful but I have noticed a lot of disorganization. Notices are given l Read Moreadt ninute to residents, my lease has been 'lost' and changed not entered in their system. They do react when maintenance is needed but this property is out of date in a lot of areas. Quality is lacking in materials used, shabby landscaping, and uninsulated walls.
