Only reason wasn't excellent was the way of communication with under the door notes (that can get misplaced as Read More well as sent to the wrong apartment) instead of e-mails which for company that is high on technology I would have thought been better. Overall though good place to live.

The facilities and staff were amazing! Poor communication regarding the exit process led to us having to stay Read Morean additional month after our lease, slightly tainting an excellent experience.

Location is great. 15 minute to downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis. Short commute to U of M campus. Staff has al Read Moreways been responsive to requests. Somewhat overpriced. Good for a short-term living situation.

For the amount you pay to live there per month, given that no utilities are included, it could be a little nic Read Moreer. It would also be nice if management found a way to get additional trash receptacles since they all seem to overflow prior to the garbage collection day. Outdoor parking becomes limited as the evening progresses. Stairwell sometimes has a strong moldy smell.

My 3rd flr aprt. smells horribly from the 1st flr resident's cigarette smoking. Smoke smell comes up through Read Morethe bathroom cabinets/walls/places that have not been sealed. Minor fixes have not solved problem. I have to keep the BR door shut at all times. I��??m told that this is not a smoke free complex so smoke will be smelled in common places . No one seems to care that my aprt. is not a common area & it smells like a smokers aprt.
