For the amount you pay to live there per month, given that no utilities are included, it could be a little nic Read Moreer. It would also be nice if management found a way to get additional trash receptacles since they all seem to overflow prior to the garbage collection day. Outdoor parking becomes limited as the evening progresses. Stairwell sometimes has a strong moldy smell.

My 3rd flr aprt. smells horribly from the 1st flr resident's cigarette smoking. Smoke smell comes up through Read Morethe bathroom cabinets/walls/places that have not been sealed. Minor fixes have not solved problem. I have to keep the BR door shut at all times. I��??m told that this is not a smoke free complex so smoke will be smelled in common places . No one seems to care that my aprt. is not a common area & it smells like a smokers aprt.

The office staff is very helpful, maintenance is prompt & good, but the apartment is not very sound proof. Th Read Moree floors above us creak every time someone walks. When children run, it is very noisy. We had expected the soundproofing to be better.
