Maintenance was poor, things weren't fixed right. For example: the buzzer did not work the last two years that Read More we lived there, even though the maintenance guy came several times and simply hit the buttons to try to make it work. The neighbors often acted as if they were the only ones that lived there.

The only complaint was noise from the apartment above, which probably just comes with apartment living.

During the time that I lived there, 2010-2011, I had a lot of noise issues with neighbors that were never take Read Moren care of by the landlord. However, toward the end of my lease the management switched, so this might not be an issue anymore.
I received a full deposit back after moving out, which I haven't had at some other places I stayed despite having cleaned the apartment out upon move out- so the landlord is positive in returning deposits according to the time I lived there.
