Pet Policy: 1-2 cats or 1-2 dogs (large dogs welcome, some breed restrictions). $200 non-refundable pet fee and $100 refundable pet deposit. $20 monthly pet fee per dog. $15 monthly pet fee per cat. Renters Insurance required for most pets.

When I moved in the apartment was not cleaned well enough, for example there was urine on the toilet seat. Als Read Moreo my air conditioner leaks and although they made multiple efforts to fix it o was told it cannot be fixed but I'm still paying for an air conditioned apartment. Overall the management has been good with communication and addressing my concerns although it sometimes I had to contact them a few times because my request was lost.

It was very good at the start. The Office staff was very friendly as well as the maintenance. near our last fe Read Morew months the quality of our surrounding declined. the neighbors would complain when ever we made noise but would make tons of noise themselves.
