Victorian Terrace offers a one year lease which rolls automatically to a month-to-month after the year is completed. Shorter lease options are available for an additional fee. We also offer a Lease Buy-Out Option. We welcome cats! 2 per home are allowed, with a $30 per month fee for one cat and $50 for 2. There is also a $200 refundable pet deposit. Sorry, dogs are not allowed.

The people above me would stomp really loud for hours, climb down to my balcony door which by the way wouldn't Read More lock, spit and urinate off the balcony, and play movies really loud any time of night. The air conditioner didn't work, turning it on made it smell real bad in the apartment. None of these issues were fixed while I was there. I also should have noticed proximity to train tracks before choosing this apartment. I missed the 60 day notice by 3 days and ended up paying a month's extra r
