Water is shut off weekly to be repaired. Building manager has changed 3 times in a year. Elevator broke and th Read Moreey decided they are never going to fix it. Living in the 3rd floor, this is a big hassle.

Any issue with maintenance is fixed quickly and responded to at the least in a fast manner. letting the tenan Read Morets know when inspections are happening and parking issues.
I just really wish our rent was lower. Everything in our society is going up in price except for our wages.

our lease terms changed from yearly to month-to-month basis because some of our neighbours have moved...we hav Read Moree never been late or caused any trouble, but yet according to the owner and property manager there would be complaints has the our neighbours decided to stay instead of purchasing their own houses.
