Somewhat small, but my family was seeking a lower-priced rental. I do miss having a dishwasher and garbage di Read Moresposal and could certainly use more closet/storage space. We asked to have the hot water heating valve corrected (you can't turn it off), but never got a response. Parking is rather tight here with limited lot space. There would be space to park curbside on the street, but one of the neighbors has six cars for a two-adult household and management won't force him to get rid of a few.
