The parking for guests is not very convenient. For residents, the lot and stairs are always icy. The elevato Read Morers break down a lot and the fact that you can't take the stairs down to the parking lot or parking garage is also inconvenient. We had a mice issue last year that took a few months to take care of. Otherwise, the people in the office are very friendly and it is quiet in the rooms- except for when the construction is going on. The way the apartments are laid out is great.

Enjoyed living there for the most part, great exercise room. However when I wanted to go month-to-month for a Read More couple months before moving out they raised the rent a huge amount (like $300/month) and I had to really fight with them. In the lease you sign it is deliberately vague regarding rent prices for going month to month. Visitors had to park across the street which is really annoying.
