The ellipse is a new, well maintained and stylish apartment building. It is in a good neighborhood has access Read More to highways and Uptown Minneapolis. The apartment seemed more designed for style than practicality. Parking is adequate for residents (though even one parking space costs extra), but guests will have to fight with restaurant customers for a space in the evening and those who don't get one of the overnight guest spots (there are 10 or so) are subject to tow if they stay too late.
