I love the location' but I am not comfortable with a few neighbors and the walls are very thin and I could hea Read Morer people in the halls and in their apartment. When I say I can hear people in the halls, I mean when I'm in my apartment I could hear someone down the hall unlocking their door. This is more than the usual apartment living noise. And a few things could use some updates.

Fairly priced apartments in a convenient location. The building is clean and heated parking is a plus. Mostl Read Morey professional-type people that live here. The only problem with the place are the windows. In the winter they build up with ice and cause mold. If the place had new windows it would be even better.

Nice building, but would not recommend renting on the 1st floor. My apartment was on the 1st floor and had ba Read Mored pipes. I had an issue with water leaking from the pipes 3-4 times in the kitchen/dining/entry area with water soaking the carpet and also had food come up in my bathroom tub and kitchen sink (it was not my food). The carpet was never replaced and it was also many years old. Had a very bad musty smell that was hard to cover up.

Though we love the location and the neighbors, we have had many frustrations at the management and corporate l Read Moreevel over the past few years. From ridiculous rent raises ($130 in two years!) to maintenance problems that are not fixed for weeks, months, or in one case, years (the air conditioning in the common area) to the management not being willing to work with us at all when our lease was ending and my husband was waiting to hear about a new job, we have been less than impressed.
