The noise level was not great and we could hear our neighbors on all sides of us.

We had a corner apartment and the walls let through a whole lot of sound. I heard almost everything that our n Read Moreeighbors were doing in the room next to our bedroom day and night. Our roommate heard pretty much everything in the stairwell we were next to. We also had some wasps and other pest problems during the summer. Maintenance removed a nest from our outside vent, but they kept coming back. Overall it was an ok choice for us, we were mainly looking for a nice location.

The walls are so thin, you can hear everything. We knew the nightly routine of our neighbor upstairs, right Read Moredown to hearing him urinating! The laundry room was usually full with someone leading their clothes in the washers and the dryers. We were told we could " rent" a large storage space but on move in day, they told us a another leading agent had given it away. leaving us to have to rent multiple smaller spaces at a higher cost to us.
