Certified Resident

The building was built cheaply. Screws are sticking out of my walls. There are lumps in my floor. The washe Read Morer and dryer are disgusting. The maintenance man said all of them are like that and there's nothing to be done. The washer has ruined a lot of my clothes because of the residue that grows on the machine that I cannot clean off. When I call maintenance it takes a week for them to come check out my problem. The office is ALWAYS locked and closed, even during office hours.
