Management was very responsive and helpful, grounds and common areas were always clean and well-kept. Good com Read Moremunity of residents. No bells and whistles of some fancier apartment complexes, but you don't pay for them. Dedicated parking lot and garages available for rent were great. Location was convenient to buses and community (library, ice cream shop, parks), but right by train tracks (which you get used to). Community garden plots were available, which was great. Great and affordable apts.

Response time on problems can sometimes be slow, but end results are usually good. I wish they would add 612 a Read Morerea code numbers for front end buzzers. There is generally pretty good communication with regards to building maintenance events that will affect residents in some way.
