I love living here! My balcony is an outdoor room/garden half of the year. The rooms are spacious and sunny, a Read Morend it's great to park downstairs and skip winter car scraping. I've used the club room for a party, and enjoy talking to neighbors in the hallways and outdoors. Another wonderful feature is to be able to go downstairs to Nina's Coffee Cafe and Fern's restaurant without going outside!

The inside of the building is secure, clean, and fairly quiet. The price is good for it's the neighborhood, bu Read Moret the buildings position over the bar can leave something to be desired for noise level in the summer. The parking lot is nice, but is shared with commercial interests and so not always available.
The biggest draw back of the building is it's layout, with it's lack of an open loop, it can take a long time and seem very taxing to walk in a giant C several times a day.

The apartment is fantastic and I love having a beautiful patio! The office staff and maintenance guys are orga Read Morenized and on top of things. They are also very quick to respond to requests. The only improvements that could be made are to the amenities - the halls, kitchens, and bathrooms are outdated, sometimes guest have a difficult time finding parking, and there are no exercise rooms, etc
