Each of our studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment homes come equipped with large walk-in closets, huge bathrooms, a self-cleaning stove/oven, self-defrosting refrigerator, and energy-efficient air conditioners! Ceiling fans come in each of the bedrooms, while floorcoverings consist of new carpet throughout, with vinyl and/or hardwood in both the kitchen and bathroom! Each unit comes with Heat, Water, Sewer and Trash included in the rent, and all units come cable-ready! Off-street parking is available for each of our residents, and we offer both garages and storage units for rent! Each of our apartment buildings are equipped with secure entires to ensure the safety of both our residents and their guests. Guest parking is avilable!

Leasing Terms

Standard 6-month and 12-month lease terms. All pricing is based off of 12-month lease terms, but 6-month leases are available for an additional $25 monthly premium. Cats and Dogs (up to 25 lbs) are welcome at LaBlanche Apartments! There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet required (maximum of 2 pets).

The noise was excessive at times although I complained quite often. Our car was vandalized by some drunk neigh Read Morebors and I was harassed. The apartments were beautiful and I loved them but the neighborhood was not for me. Not to mention the annoying train that went by every night!

My apt used to be a one bedroom. It was redesigned and the bedroom was added to the apt next to me and my apt Read More became a studio. Problem was that they did not separate the electrical for that bedroom. So, I have been paying for electricity in the apt next door. Also, very noisy front entrance, other tenents are not concerned with late hour noisy activities, past 11 pm at night. Some problem with roaches. No mice.
