I gave it a good rating for the following reasons: When I moved in the building was still under construction. Read More The amenities have been nice but slow to get them available to residents. I would like to see a community TV in social lounge.

The overall building is so incredibly beautiful. However it was so noisy during the construction I could barel Read Morey stand it= especially the week the front Robert St door was remodeled! Noise really gets amplified in our building-(Pioneer), However we moved to 11th floor from 8th and it is quieter.

Love the space and connectedness of the apartment complex. But communication with residents is sometimes inade Read Morequate. We're often in the dark on important decisions that shape and enhance our community, e.g. retail locations in the building, shared amenities.

Overall, we have had a great experience here. The delays in cleaning the exterior windows (still need to be d Read Moreone ), and in finishing the project, are the reasons we did not check the excellent box.
