Its such a spacious place and you don't hear your neighbors and high ceilings! Big closet and bathroom. Even f Read Moreor the studio I had it was crazy how big it was. Although living next to Station 4 was hard some nights. I can't say the maintenance was any good at the time of my residence which was before they had new management.

I love the apartment, but I can't give the rating of excellent because of the interaction with the ever-changi Read Moreng management. When I signed my lease, it was with the inclusion of laundry on each floor. There was a period of almost 5 months where there was NO laundry on our floor, and of the 5 floors in our building, only 2 of the 10 washers and 2 of the 10 dryers were working. I was actually advised by a lawyer to fight this discrepancy in our lease. The amenities and management are NONEXISTENT
